1. Booking and Reservations

All tour, hotel, and cab bookings made with Linga Tours & Travels are subject to confirmation upon receipt of advance deposit or written agreement. Guests must provide accurate names and contact information as per government photo identification.

2. Payment Policy

An advance payment of 25% to 50% is required at the time of package confirmation. The balance amount is payable upon arrival in Varanasi prior to commencement of services or check-in. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival: 90% refund of advance deposit.
Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of advance deposit.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or No-Show: Non-refundable.

4. Temple Darshan & Ritual Guidelines

VIP Darshan, Special Poojas, and Ancestral Pind Daan rituals are subject to temple trust rules, administrative VIP protocols, and priest availability. While Linga Tours facilitates assistance, timings may vary during festivals like Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri, and Kumbh Mela.

5. Limitation of Liability

Linga Tours is not liable for itinerary disruptions, flight or train delays, severe weather conditions, roadblocks, or natural occurrences beyond our direct control. We make best-effort alternative arrangements to assist guests comfortably.
